What Impacts Kratom Research Would Have
While kratom is gaining popularity in clinical research, the sad reality is that we still need a lot more
science before we can fully understand how it works in the body.
However, regulation would significantly boost kratom's popularity across the country, much like hemp
legalisation created a thriving industry and made "CBD" a household term.
With increased notoriety comes increased clinical research into the effects of kratom, its potential for
abuse, and its therapeutic applications. Regulation could herald a new era of understanding, science,
and realising the full potential of how kratom can best fit into and improve the lives of users across the
country and around the world.
