TKaraoke No hardrive found, please connect your USB hard drive

Hello, 

I'm testing the application before buying. 
I have ShieldTV 2017 with latest AndroidTV version (11). 
My USB with karaoke songs is connected to the ShieldTV but the TkaraokeUSB app will tell me that no hardrive is found.
With other application like X-Plore, I'm able to see the USB hardrive and all the songs.
I also give the Always Access to Media File in the app's setting.

Can anyone help me?

Go to Apps –> TKaraoke –> Permissions –> Media and Files and select "Allow all the time"

Try restarting your ShieldTV and launching TkaraokeUSB again.
If none of these steps work, please reach out to the Tkaraoke support team for further assistance. They may have additional troubleshooting steps or be able to provide a software update to address this issue.
As for your question about Tkaraoke Pro, I would recommend reaching out to their support team to confirm if the latest version is compatible with Windows 11.

If you've tried these and nothing has worked, please contact the Tkaraoke support staff. They might supply an updated piece of software or suggest other debugging methods.

I think you can try restarting your ShieldTV and launching TkaraokeUSB again

Please contact the Tkaraoke support team if you have tried these and are still experiencing issues. They may provide a patched version of the program or indicate alternative ways to fix the problem.
